Level 1 starts at a moderate pace, with a fair amount of time for you to clear the board.

Your goal is to maximise your final score at the end of the game and top the high score table.

Find chains of counters on the Kusari board that point along a path. You start a chain from any of the green counters immediately surrounding the red rose.

Your rose will then follow the arrows until it can go no further.

You score the square of each successive chain length, so the longer your chains the bigger your points!

Bonus points are up for grabs for speed and if you can clear a whole board!

After each level you'll win a medal according to how well you played. You can exchange your medals for gold coins, which in turn you can use to buy power-ups.

Once your bowl is full of coins, you can buy bonuses to help you score even more points:

Speed-Ups

You can stop and start Kusari at any time you want and when you reload you'll be given the option to Restart the game or Resume from where you left off.

Each player can stop and start their own games any time, so you can let someone else have a go then resume your game afterwards!

Additionally you can switch the music and sound effects on and off independently of each other and these settings are saved per player. This allows you to listen to your iPod music library while enjoying some brain teasing puzzle action!
